Citrus Trails is a 90-acre comprehensively designed Master Planned Community in the City of Loma Linda. Citrus Trails community provides for the development of 449 residences, including 224 detached single-family homes on minimum 7,200 square foot lots, 225 senior apartments, and 2.1-acres of general commercial within the community’s mixed use development component. With 22-acres of parkland, paseo, and trails, Citrus Trails provides residents with a variety of active and passive recreational opportunities and amenities. Simple, direct access for pedestrians and bicyclists between the various land uses in the community is facilitated by the grid pattern layout of the local roads within Citrus Trails.
The rich heritage of Loma Linda serves as the inspiration for the thematic elements and aesthetic design of the Citrus Trails community, consistent with the Historic Mission Overlay District ordinance adopted by the City of Loma Linda.
