Frederick’s Ridge is a 160 acre property located along Scott Road in the path of new development between Murietta to the south and Menifee to the west. Entitlements are in process, but it is expected this community will yield over 400 single-family homes across a variety of different lot sizes. The community will have a neighborhood park and over 50-acres of open space and trails. The site is well positioned to deliver lots by 2024/2025 as neighboring communities begin to sellout.
