MoVal50 is a 50 acre assemblage located along Alessandro Blvd between Nason Street and Marion Road in the City of Moreno Valley. Entitlements are in process, but it is expected this community will yield roughly 250 single-family homes across a variety of different lot sizes. The community will have a neighborhood park and sports field. Moreno Valley hosts a strong local jobs market and is in close proximity to major inland empire employers.
